Instructions 

The following are explanations of each of the menu options available at the Standard Personal Services Contracts site:

  • Cost Reimbursement-Hourly Billing Rate Version: will allow you to get the .pdf format or the MS Word format of the Cost Reimbursement-Hourly Billing Rate Version file. This version is used to compensate a consultant using their all-inclusive Hourly Billing Rate. Instructions on how to download the file are available.
  • Cost Reimbursement-Billing Salary Rate Version: will allow you to get the .pdf format or the MS Word format of the Cost Reimbursement-Billing Salary Rate Version file. This version is used to compensate a consultant using their Billing Salary Rate plus Overhead plus Profit. Instructions on how to download the file are available.
  • Lump Sum Version: will allow you to get the .pdf format or the MS Word format of the Lump Sum Version file. This version is used to compensate a consultant based upon their lump sum proposal. Instructions on how to download the file are available.
  • Pre-Qualified On-Call Version:  will allow you to get the .pdf format or the MS Word format of the Pre-Qualified On-Call Version file. This version is used to compensate a PQ OC consultant on a task order basis using any of the methods above. Instructions on how to download the file are available.
  • Contract Revisions:  will allow you to view chronological revisions made to the standard contracts.
